meaningful action in service of the Church.
Passion or Desire Brings Forth Action
Understanding Passion in Leadership
Passion in ministry is a deep desire to serve,
evangelize, and contribute to the growth of the
Church. It is not merely emotional enthusiasm but a
sustained inner drive that leads to meaningful
action.

* Jesus' Zeal for His Mission (John 2:17): "Zeal for
your house will consume me."
* St. Paul's Unwavering Commitment (Philippians

the upward call of God."

execute their respective pastoral plans, including
details of workshops, community outreach programs,
and collaborations with clergy and laity.
Notable success stories illustrating the positive
outcomes of their initiatives, such as increased
participation in church activities and the
enhancement of community welfare programs.
The
challenges encountered during the implementation of
pastoral plans, along with the solutions explored
and the responses received from clergy, religious
members, and the laity regarding commission
activities.

attendees to voice their concerns and offer
constructive feedback.
