About 131 women were present. Fr Rajendra Kumar R, welcomed the gathering. The program commenced with a prayer dance.

Rt Rev. Dr. T Anthony Swamy Bishop of chikamagalur inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp with other guests of the day.

Sr Nancy Lobo the Karnataka Regional Co-ordinator Fr Shanthraj the Director of CMSSS Fr Patrick Jonnas Rao the Dean of Hassan Dienary, Sr Beena Directoress of Jeevandhara Social Center and others were present at the program. The resource persons spoke about the dignity of women, and and empowerment of women. The program ended with the Eucharistic Celebration offered by Rev. Fr. Alwin and Concelebrant Rev. Fr. Rajendra kumar R.
